Role

Assist the planning supervisor in preparing work schedules, maintenance reports, recordation, time estimation, materials and contract labor procurement, cost control activities, provide assistance for shutdown and turnaround plans and implementation.

Requirements


Academic Qualification / Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of experience in planning.

  • Knowledge of refinery operations.


Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Receive work orders, record and issue these as per standing procedures.

  • Prepare weekly schedules for maintenance crafts and follow-up on daily activities in the field.

  • Study, evaluate each work order received as to material availability, craft requirements, time/availability, and advise planning supervisor accordingly.

  • Keep record of all work orders received, file them and establish backlog list and update/distribute the list on a weekly basis.

  • Receive, evaluate and enter all information flowing in for cost control purposes, prepare data for monthly report.

  • Follow-up and record maximo activities regarding preventative maintenance programs and update accordingly.

  • Prepare purchase requisitions for material requirement as and when necessary.

  • Prepare data for shutdown and turnaround planning.

  • Initiate service order, submit to contractor and verify invoices upon work completion. Optimize equipment preventive program. Conduct budget analysis.

  • Perform any other job related duties as requested by immediate supervisor/ manager.
