Luberef & Aramco Sign MOU to Explore new Base oil Plant

Luberef announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aramco to explore the potential for a new base oil plant within the Jazan Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Saudi Arabia.

This initiative is part of the Group III+ Project, aiming to expand Luberef’s production capabilities and provide a full range of base oil products to meet diverse market needs.
