Luberef Signs (COA) with Bahri Chemicals to Strengthen Saudi Arabia’s Base Oil and Petrochemicals Sectors

Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company – Luberef has signed its first Contract of Affreightment (COA) with Bahri, represented by its business unit Bahri Chemicals, marking a strategic milestone aimed at strengthening supply chain efficiency and supporting the growth of the base oil sector in the Kingdom.
