Ministry of Energy conformation For Jeddah & Yanbu Facilities

Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company – Luberef, announces that it has received notices from the Ministry of Energy (“MOE”) on 01/12/2025 G corresponding to 10/06/1447 H related to feedstock allocations for the company’s facilities.

  1. Extension of Feedstock Allocation for the Jeddah Facility: The Company has received notice from the MOE to extend the feedstock allocation (24,500) barrels per day for the Jeddah Facility until 31/12/2030 G corresponding to 06/09/1452 H, subject to renewal. This extension is a crucial step in our efforts to continue operations in Jeddah.

  2. Extension of Feedstock Allocation for the Yanbu Facility: The Company has received notice from the MOE to extend the feedstock allocation (50,000) barrels per day for the Yanbu Facility until 31/01/2038 G corresponding to 25/12/1459 H subject to renewal.

  3. Increasing of Feedstock Allocation for the Yanbu Facility: Luberef has also received a notice from the MOE to increase the feedstock allocation for its Yanbu Facility to (65,000) barrels per day until 30/11/2026 G corresponding to 20/06/1448 H subject to renewal.

This increase supports the Company’s strategic goals for Growth II expansion project.
